This document sets out all the terms, rights, and responsibilities for using the ok37 platform — please read it carefully before registering.
General Provisions
ok37 is an online casino and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you ("User") and ok37 ("Platform", "we", "us"). Reading these Terms in full before using any ok37 service is mandatory.

ok37 may request the necessary documents for age verification at any time. ok37 reserves the right to restrict account activity until verification is complete.
Account Registration and Security
You must provide accurate personal information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the security of your account.
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
- ok37 will never ask for your password; if anyone asks for it, treat it as fraud.
- The account holder is responsible for all transactions made on the account.
If ok37 determines that false information has been provided on an account, ok37 reserves the right to close it immediately and, where applicable, forfeit the balance.
Deposits and Withdrawals — Payment Rules
All financial transactions on ok37 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Accepted payment methods:

- Deposits and withdrawals must always be made from an account registered in the same name — transactions through third parties are prohibited.
- Identity verification and fulfilment of any applicable wagering requirements are mandatory before withdrawal.
- ok37 may request additional verification for suspicious transactions.
- If money laundering, fraud, or any attempt at a fraudulent transaction is detected, the account will be closed and the relevant authorities will be notified.
Bonuses and Promotions
ok37 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following conditions carefully before claiming any bonus:
Welcome Bonus
- A 150% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500; or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳20,000.
- Wagering requirement: 25x the bonus amount only (not the deposit).
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
- The bonus applies once only and to one account.
General Bonus Policy
- Each promotion has its own terms; these will be clearly stated on the offer page.
- Bonus balance cannot be transferred directly to cash or to another account.
- ok37 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abuse is suspected.
- If a fraudulent attempt to claim a bonus is detected, the account will be closed.
VIP Program and Cashback
ok37's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
- Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
Promotion to a higher tier is based on user activity and participation. ok37 reserves the right to modify or cancel VIP benefits. Cashback amounts are credited directly to the account balance and may have their own wagering requirements.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All games and betting activities on ok37 are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. The following rules must be followed:
- All bets are considered final; bets cannot be changed or cancelled after a game has started.
- If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, ok37 may declare that round void and refund the bet amount.
- Operating games as a group or using software to do so is prohibited.
- If any discrepancy is found in a game result, ok37's decision will be considered final.
- In sports betting, winnings will be credited after the result is confirmed.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ok37, and engaging in any of them will result in the immediate closure of the account:
- Playing games or placing bets using automated bots, software, or scripts.
- Abusing the bonus system or fraudulently claiming bonuses.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
- Threatening, harassing, or deceiving other users.
- Participating in any activity that damages ok37's reputation.
In the event of the above violations, ok37 reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
Responsible Gaming
ok37 places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that gambling is a form of entertainment — it should never be considered a source of income.

- Users can set their own deposit limits, session limits, or self-exclusion.

- A long-inactive account.

- Any loss caused by internet connectivity or device issues.
- Errors by third-party software or payment providers.
- Temporary service interruption due to unforeseen technical disruption.
- Loss resulting from a user sharing their own password or information with others.

Dispute Resolution
For any complaint or dispute against ok37, please follow the process below:

- If you have an objection to ok37's decision, you may seek the assistance of an independent mediator.

Changes to the Terms
ok37 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. When changes are made:
- A clear notification will be posted on the platform.
- For significant changes, registered email addresses will be notified.
- Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have come into effect will be taken as acceptance of the new Terms.
